The kit does not contain prescription medicine, supplements, detox products, or unapproved gout treatments.
Comfort support
A reusable cold pack with safe-use instructions for clinician-approved supportive care.
Safety tools
A digital thermometer plus a written urgent-action card for symptoms that should not wait.
Lab pathway
Clinician-ordered serum urate and safety-lab schedule, with home-draw instructions when available.
Tutorial access
Private QR links to short, sourced lessons and transcripts reviewed by the named physician.
Selected patients • prescription only
Selected patients may qualify for a prescription uric-acid meter.
The FDA-cleared UASure II system is intended for single-patient home monitoring by prescription for people already diagnosed with gout. It does not diagnose gout, rule out infection, or authorize medication changes.

No home kit can confirm a hot joint is gout, exclude a joint infection, select a safe medicine, or replace licensed clinical care.
